Graham is a
community of rural neighborhoods that lacks its own central business district.
A large commercial strip center supports basic retail needs for the residents.
Puyallup’s South Hill, to the north about 5 miles, offers more commercial
services. The appeal for Graham lies in its low density, lack of congestion,
quiet, and undeveloped expanses of land. It’s a good place to raise horses,
have a mini-farm, or own a home with space for an RV.
